The Self-Storage - waste of space
I really want to share this story from the BBC on my favourite topic. I used to be one of those people who paid money for years to keep stuff in storage and when I eventually got round to sorting it out 90% of it never made it back into the house and was immediately put in a skip.
Don't make this mistake - if in doubt chuck it out should be your mantra.
The photograph is including because it's lovely. Isle of Sky, dolphin.
The #1 reason is that people have money to spare, like in our Tin Hau branch, a 128 sqft room cost more than 10k a month. However it is almost sold out
there are people who pay a few thousand dollars to store old newspaper

I completely agree, some people just can't bring themselves to throw away certain things and would rather store them at a cost. It comes down to knowing when you don't need something and that you should get rid of it instead of thinking 'one day I might need this'. I think we're all guilty of it, I must have a load of items at home which I don't ever use and don't plan on using but yet they're still there taking up space.

I can understand storing your things between moves or if you're taking an extended vacation or leaving the country for a few months. It's really true though, if you don't need the items then why keep them, right?
