Cold Weather Warning - Hong Kong

A terrible bout of cold, wintry weather is affecting Hong Kong.  The temperatures have plummeted to extremely low levels causing the Hong Kong Observatory and the Hong Kong Weather Channel to issue 24 hours warnings about what to do during this cold snap.  A COLD WEATHER WARNING has been issued.

There is a cold weather warning in place now - 3rd Feb, 2012, its -5 in London, 16C in HK - but I AM cold.
